Vedic meditation is an effortless, eyes closed technique that uses a mantra to de-excite the mind so that the body can dissolve old legacy of stress recorded in the physiology. This is the thing that allows us to experience greater states of performance, sleep, and optimal states of well-being. Taught over four consecutive sessions, approx. 90 min. each session, it’s a self-sufficient practice for exceptional performance.
