Parenting can be both the hardest and most rewarding thing we do. Often times, stress makes us anxious, lose our patience and then feel guilty. This workshop will help explore waking state practices to help "colorfast" the benefits received during meditation with parenting and life coach, Di Ana Pisarri.
During the 90 minutes, there will be group meditation, family leadership strategies and other tools to help you hold the space for emotional intelligence. Plus, we'll dive into exactly why putting yourself on your priority list makes you a better parent (and happier person!)
