Rounding is comparable to industrial strength meditation, it's a practice that combines a sequence of yoga asanas, pranayama breathing exercises, meditation and rest. The asanas and breathing exercises set up your practice to eliminate stress on a deeper level so you can experience greater benefits outside the practice.
This workshop will guide you through the experience and provide you with detailed instruction and a take home program to integrate with your existing practice. No super-yogi flexibility required, it is recommended for Vedic meditators with at least three months of practice who are looking to deepen the benefits of meditation.
The workshop will take place on Thurs., 5/3, 11am-1pm. The course fee is $100, all you need to bring is a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. Space is limited. RSVP below for more details and location.
