This Mon. @ 7pm at MNDFL, Greenwich Village, I'll be reuniting with writer and life coach Caren Osten for a 90 min. workshop on the art of gratitude. In these tumultuous and technology-charged times, we sometimes forget to stop and give thanks, notice and appreciate the good in our lives. As meditation strengthens the mind-body connection, writing can help us to co-create what we’d like to see more of through the simple practice of gratitude. Come explore how to foster better connection and capacity to do better in challenging times.
